| 器身与附件分开铸造，器壁有一铆孔，附件有一榫头；附件插入铆孔之中，用湿泥在器身内壁的铆孔处围绕一周，附件根部也用湿泥围绕包裹，然后向湿泥围绕的区域内浇注铜液；铜液凝缩后，即可将附件与器身连接在一起。这种方式应是源自于早期青铜器的补铸。 The body and the accessories are separately cast. The wall of the device has a rivet hole and the accessories have a tenon. The accessories are inserted into the rivet hole, and the wet mud is used to surround the rivet hole on the inner wall of the device body. The root of the accessories is also wrapped with the wet mud, and then the copper liquid is poured into the area surrounded by the wet mud. After the copper liquid condenses, the accessories and the device body can be connected together. This method should be derived from the early bronze casting. |
