铜狮制作工艺流程
Copper lion production process
1.由客户方确定或提供雕塑参考图案 →泥塑工艺师根据客户要求塑制泥塑模型→泥塑完成由客户确认→确认泥稿后翻制模具。
1. 2.小型铜狮子制作需采用精铸工艺→翻制（石蜡）模型→用石英砂等精铸材料制作雕塑型壳→烤制型壳脱蜡→烧制型壳→浇铸铜水→待铜水冷却后打碎型壳完成铜品制作→对铜品表面做着色、防腐以及其它处理→铜狮子制作完成→客户验收完成→发货。
2. The production of small copper lion needs to adopt the precision casting process → turn over (Paraffin) model → use quartz sand and other precision casting materials to make sculpture shell → bake the shell and dewaxing → burn the shell → cast copper water → break the shell and complete the production of copper products after the copper water is cooled → color, anti-corrosion and other treatment for the surface of copper products → the production of copper lion is completed → the customer acceptance is completed → delivery.
3.大型铜狮子制作需采用树脂砂铸造→翻制玻璃钢模型→根据工艺要求采用整体或分块铸造→用树脂制作型壳→制完树脂型壳后浇铸北京纯水设备 保定网站制作 排水槽模具铜水→待铜水冷却后打碎型壳铜雕铸造完成（如是分块铸造需焊接拼装成型）→对铜品表面做着色、防腐以及其它处理→铜狮子制作完成→客户验收完成→发货。
3.
